The Polites are real estate investors who went from just over broke to making $50K per month wholesaling houses in just a few short months. Next they invested their wholesaling profits into building a multi-million dollar rental portfolio which helped them achieve financial independence. Documenting their successes and failures on social media, they attracted the attention of executives from A&E who offered them a national TV show. Their show 50/50 Flip is now on Hulu. Passionate about sharing the information that changed their family tree the Polites now mentor, train, and coach students all over the US online through their education company.
Dedric and Krystal have a servant’s heart. Our mission is to empower individuals to build lasting wealth, create meaningful impact, and elevate others as we rise.
